ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30645 of 2024 by an order dated 06.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30645 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is relaxed.
