The petition for transfer is filed to transfer O.S.No.83 of 2019 from the Principal District Court, Villupuram to the Additional District Court, Kallakurichi.

2. Kallakurichi also falls under the Judicial District of Villupuram. The Judicial District is yet to be bifurcated. Thus, the Principal District Judge, Villupuram is exercising jurisdiction over the Courts at Kallakurichi. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal District Court, Villupuram for transfer of the case under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

3. With this liberty, the TR.CMP.No.163 of 2021 stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
