This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.317 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.317 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
