ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Padma Priya, a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners in C.S.R.No.77 of 2018.

3.In view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to appear for enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. The respondent Police is also directed to enquire the matter as expeditiously as possible and either close the complaint or register an FIR, if any cognizable offence is made out.
