O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to grant stay of all further proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Judge Court at Ulundurpet, pending disposal of the above transfer petition.

2. When the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, both the parties filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 27.03.2019, that they have taken a decision to file a petition for divorce on the ground of mutual consent and further undertook to withdraw the petitions filed by them for divorce as well as for restitution of conjugal rights from the respective Courts. In terms of compromise memo, both the parties agreed to appear before Family Court, Puducherry, for divorce on mutual consent.

3. Accordingly, direction is issued to the Family Court, Puducherry, to dispose of the petition from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of a copy of this order filed by the parties within a period of two weeks. It is open to the parties to exchange the articles. In fine, M.O.P.No.397 of 2018 filed by the petitioner / wife before Family Court, Puducherry for divorce and H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2019 filed by the husband before the Sub Court, Ulundurpet, are withdrawn and dismissed. The compromise memo dated 27.03.2019 is taken on record.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. * Xerox copy of Memo of Compromise dated 27.03.2019 enclosed.
