The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner service and pay the back wages with salary based on Selection Grade, Special Grade and regular increments from 01.09.1992 to till date.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
