ORDER
This Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed to the petitioner in the order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.MP.No.335 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.17504 of 2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner failed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within the timeframe stipulated by this Court on 25.09.2025.
3. Subsequently, this Court, by an order dated 12.01.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.335 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.17504 of 2025, granted a one-week extension of time to provide the petitioner with an opportunity to comply with. However, despite being granted this further opportunity, the petitioner has failed to comply with the said condition.
4. It is observed that the petitioner has failed to comply with the original directions of this Court. Consequently, the anticipatory bail granted by this Court stands automatically dismissed. In the absence of a bona fide effort to obey the earlier directions, this Court finds no valid ground or change in circumstances to warranting an extension of time.
