O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The daughter has filed a petition alleging that her mother is in illegal custody of the second respondent who is the brother of the petitioner.

2.The Petitioner as well as the alleged detenue are present before this Court. The detenue submitted that she is not in custody of the second respondent and she is happily living with 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

her son and only the petitioner is torturing her. Further, the detenue submitted that she wants to live with the second respondent and not with the petitioner. In view of the above, without going into the said allegations, this Court is inclined to close the petition.
