Cont.P.No.1103 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., sp 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, within a period of three months time granted by this Court, final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.113 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirupathur.
3.Recording the same, I find that no contempt has been committed by the respondent/Police.
