Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the aforesaid submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
