O R D E R
(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) Though the relief sought for is granted, this matter is kept pending for larger issues. When the matter is called today, pursuant to the Order of this Court, Ms.Jayalakshmi, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime against Women and Children, Ms.Poombavai, Gr.I Police, Madipakkam Police Station and Ms.Vijayakumari, Inspector of Police, Madipakkam Police Station are present before this Court.
2.The Deputy Commissioner of Police submitted that with regard to the issue, Memo has been given to the Inspector of Police and departmental proceedings have been initiated against her. This Court also sensitized the officials. Taking into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consideration of the fact that she has got small children and if anything happens to her employment, that will result in adverse consequences to her family especially to her children, the Deputy Commissioner of Police is directed to take lenient view on the Inspector of Police and depriment her. The appearance of the officials are dispensed with.
3.With these observations, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
