This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent P.Devi Noon Meal Organiser for Panchayat Union Middle School Kattamuthupalayam, Cuddalore District as the respondent No.5 in the above Writ Petition.

2.Mr.R.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent reported that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
