ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in two Crime Nos.21 and 22 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.29 of 2021 and C.S.R.No.28 of 2021 was conducted and closed on 23.02.2021 against the petitioner.
