PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records related to impugned order in No.O.Mu.No.317/A2/2022 dated 18.03.2022 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to settle an advance increment arrears along with 12% interest per annum with effect from 01.12.2017 to the date of realisation to the petitioner for the period from 01.04.2008 to 31.05.2017 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
