2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that substantial part of arbitral proceedings is over and the proceedings is pending in the stage of arguments and hence, further period of 6 months may be granted to complete the arbitration proceedings.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, in the order dated 17.03.2020, this Court has granted further period of 6 months to complete the arbitration proceedings. However, the said order has been received only one week back and hence, he seeks clarification of the order.

3. Accordingly, it is clarified that the period to be calculated as "from the date of receipt of a copy of this order". 01.09.2020 sri Note: Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy, after making necessary corrections.
