Vs R.RUKMANGATHAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Vacate the order of interim orders dated 29/07/2021 made in W.M.P.No.13250 of 2021 in W.P.No.12465 of 2021.(WMP.No.5640 of 2022)in WP.12465/2021 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.RAVI ANANTH PADMANABHAM, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- According to the respondents, the petitioner was relieved on 06.04.2021 and joined duty as Assistant Engineer on 10.06.2021 and however, interim order was granted by this Court on 29.07.2021 and therefore, much prior to passing of the interim order, the petitioner has been relieved and joined duty in the lower post of Assistant Engineer on 10.09.2021.

2. In view of the above, the interim order of stay granted by this Court on 29.07.2021 shall stand vacated.

3. WMP.No.5640 of 2022 stands allowed and consequently, WMP.No.13250 of 2021 shall stands dismissed.
