The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider her representation dated 24.09.2019 with respect to return of her sale deed bearing Doc.No.1230/2008 and take action against the fourth respondent officials, without permission to holding the document and pay compensation.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents drew the attention of this Court to the memo dated 01.07.2021 filed by the fourth respondent, wherein, it is stated as follows: "It is hereby submitted that the 4th respondent returned the original documents to the petitioner on 01.07.2021. Acknowledgment of receipt of original document is also filed herewith. Hence, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to record this memo and pass further orders in the above writ and render justice." Hence, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
3.The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
