COMMON PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the respondents' letter/order bearing Rc.Nos.23405/P1/2007 & 23402/P1/2007 both dated 02.11.2012, pertaining to granite quarry measuring 14-00-1 & 13-00-0 hectares respectively out of the total extent of 75-05-0 hectares Rendadi IV and Rendadi I, SF.No.466-Rendadi Village, Sholingar, Vellore District, quash the same and direct the respondent to renew the raising cum sale contract on par with the lease period granted by the Government of Tamil Nadu by reconsidering the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2012.
