ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed 5(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.31326 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31326 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 is relaxed.
