Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records made in Detention Order in C.M.P.No.5/Goonda/C2/2018 dated 16.01.2018 issued by the first respondent and set aside the same as illegal and for a direction directing the Respondents herein to produce the body and person of detenue K.Vignesh, S/o.Keerthi aged about 23 years who has been termed as Goonda and now confined in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
