..Respondent Prayer:- This Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 70/71 to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.10760 of 2014 and punish the respondent under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act. O R D E R

At this stage of hearing of the petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had placed before this Court, a communication said to have been despatched by the respondent on 03.02.2015, stating that the claim of the petitioners for the issuance of the community certificate could not be complied with, due to the nonappearance of the petitioners, pursuant to the notice, dated 30.05.2014, said to have been issued to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had denied the claim of the respondent with regard to the notice, dated 30.05.2014, said to have been issued by the respondent for the appearance of the petitioners, for an enquiry.

3. In such circumstances, we find it appropriate to direct the respondent to conduct a fresh enquiry with regard to the claim of the petitioners for the issuance of the community certificate. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent in person, along with relevant documents on 23.03.2015, to substantiate their claims. Thereafter, on the appearance of the petitioners, the respondent shall conduct appropriate enquiry and pass appropriate orders with regard to the claims of the petitioners, within a period of six weeks.

4. In view of the order passed by this court, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
