This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to remove the wrong entries in the Encumbrance Certificate. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of her property situated in Survey Nos.718/2A and 718/2B, certain documents have been registered as Document No.4567/1943 and Document No.1702 of 1944 and those documents have been held as null and void by orders passed by the District Registrar on 29.06.2012. Despite declaring the documents as null and void, the entries in the Encumbrance Certificate have not been removed. 4.

In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to remove the wrong entries in the Encumbrance Certificate. Such exercise shall be made within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
