O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to cancel the illegal allotment issued by the 3rd respondent in the name of 4th respondent to install the Aavin Milk Booth in the place of Suramangalam Ward office Division No.23, Ranga Nagar Main Road, Junction, near Uzhavar Sandhai, Salem Corporation to an extent of 120 Sq.ft. and to evict the 4th respondent from the premises within a stipulated period.

2. On instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is already complied with.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the earlier occasion also the very same representation was made before this Court in the earlier Writ Petition.

4. Considering the above submission, the respondents 1 to 3, if not complied with the order so far, is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner on issuance of notice to the 4th respondent and disposed of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
