ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 419 and 420 of I.P.C in Cr.No.426 of 2021on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have received a sum of Rs.10,95,400/- from the De-facto Complainant for supply of ultra tech cement, however, they neither supplied the cement not repaid the amount.

3. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.17722 of 2022 was passed by this Court on 28.09.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
