ORDER

Mr.R.Viijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, today, has produced the endorsement of the Tahsildar, Ambattur, dated 26.11.2015, wherein, it has been stated among other things, that the petitioner is in possession of 896 square feet and as and when she gives consent, patta will be given for that extent. 2.However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that copy of the said endorsement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is yet to be served on the petitioner.

3.In response to the same, the learned Additional Government Pleader has given a copy of the said communication to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4.In the light of the above, the contempt petition is closed and if the petitioner is so aggrieved and advised, she is at liberty to work out her remedy strictly in accordance with law. No costs.
