2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.261 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31320 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.
