O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's revision dated 16.05.2024.
2. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner had been selected as Supervisor on regular basis in the TASMAC through employment exchange by order dated 19.01.2023. It had been contended that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.28107 of 2017 dated 12.06.2023 questioning the order of dismissal. That writ petition was filed seeking to examine the appeal filed by the petitioner. Now the appeal had been dismissed and the petitioner had preferred revision before the respondent. By filing this writ petition he seeks examination of the said revision.
3. A direction is issued to the respondent to examine the revision filed by the petitioner and endeavour to dispose of the same within a 2/4
period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Necessary procedure as enunciated should be followed by the respondent while examining such petition.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
