ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.03.2022 for the alleged offences under sections 8(C), r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 & 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.60 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as 4th accused in a case where seven persons were arrayed as accused for illegal possession of 81.775 kgs of ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are three previous cases similar in nature pending against the petitioner and further submits that investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above fact, this Court is of the view that the source from which the accused persons have procured the contraband is to be probed into. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
