[Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] Taking note of the pitiable condition of the children, some of the Advocates came forward to pay some amounts in the interest of the children, viz., P.Malini and P.Shasikar, which has been recorded by this Court vide order dated 09.03.2021. One of us, Mr. Justice N.Kirubakaran offered to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-, which will be paid today itself. However, due to Corona pandemic, the cheques issued could not be encashed and got lapsed.

When the matter is called today, it is represented by Mr. Rajasekar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Legal Services Authority that Rs.1,60,000/- have been received from the following persons:-

1. Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj Advocate Rs.1,00,000/-

2. Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan Advocate Rs. 50,000/-

3. Staff of TNSLSA Rs. 10,000/- ------------------ Total Rs. 1,60,000/- ------------------ 3.

In view of that, the said amount shall be deposited in the names of the children viz., P.Malini and P.Shasikar in Fixed Deposit in any one of the nationalized banks.
