This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 25.02.2013 in R.C.A.No.603 of 2008 on the file of the learned VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai (Rent Control Appellate Authority), confirming the decretal order dated 09.07.2008 in R.C.O.P.No.1211 of 2007 on the file of the learned XIII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai (Rent Controller).
2. On 18.11.2019, when this Petition came up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today under the caption "for dismissal".
