ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner dated 10.07.2006 in a time frame.

2. Heard N.Sathiyamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions, would submit that the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner dated 10.07.2006 has been pending on the file of the respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner is pending without any progress and the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondent to pass final orders on the Revision Petition forthwith.

Court directs the respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner dated 10.07.2006, on merits and in accordance with law after providing an opportunity to the necessary parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
