ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders, on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16782 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24825 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24825 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16782 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24825 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, monthly once, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
