The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct cultural programme in Chennasamuthiram Sri Natarajar Koil Thiruvizha, Krishnagiri Taluk and District on 15.05.2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2017. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 25.04.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 15.05.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.
3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same. 4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before
04.05.2017.
