Respondent Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for his act of wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2012 in W.P.No.30386 of 2012 dated 09.11.2012, under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act.

amount to the employees, respectively. The writ petition in W.P. No.31678 of 2012 has been filed to declare the written consent letter which were obtained from the employees as null and void, since the same were obtained under force and coercion.

This Court while admitting the writ petition in W.P.No.30386 of 2012, by an order dated 09.11.2012, granted an interim stay in M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2012 in W.P.No.30386 of 2012, thereby directed the respondents not to deduct any amount. However, the respondent deducted the amount without knowledge and consent of the particular employee. Therefore, the petitioner/Sangam filed the present contempt petition in Cont.P. No.557 of 2013.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of all these petitions, the petitioner/Sangam is directed to submit fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

In view of the order passed in the writ petitions, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
