This petition has been filed to relax the condition that '' the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" , imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.15978 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.26342 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph No7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15978 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.26342 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
