ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(I) of IPC in Crime No.30 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

The petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed on the ground that the petitioner was obtained anticipatory bail for the same offence has not complied the condition imposed by this Court and he has requested for extension of time also declined by this Court dated 07.03.2022, recording the fact that no compliance of the condition, it is a sure act of disrespect.
