ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to learned District Munsif, Pochampalli to dispose of the suit in OS.No.54 of 2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited relief made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same even without notice to the respondents.

3. The 1st respondent herein filed a suit for bare injunction against the petitioner and other respondents. It is seen from the adjudication papers included in the typed set that written statements of the contesting defendants were filed on 04.10.2023 and the matter was adjourned for framing of issues. 2/4

4. In view of the fact that the suit is of the year 2021 and the pleadings are also completed, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
