She seeks liberty for the applicant to file a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in case the respondent fails to agree for appointment of an Arbitrator. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. 2.Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty as prayed for by the applicant is granted.
