ORDER
The order under challenge is the information given by the second respondent under Right to Information Act.
2. According to the petitioner, there are certain discrepancies in the working sheet made by the first respondent. The petitioner, has not challenged any order passed by the respondent authorities with regard to the same. If the petitioner is not satisfied with any order passed by the 1st respondent Management, he should have challenged that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers
particular order, but, what is challenged in this writ petition is the information given under RTI Act. By setting aside the information given by the Public Information Officer, he is not going to get any relief from the 1st respondent Management.
3. The Writ Petition, as such, challenging the information, is not maintainable. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge any order, by which, he is aggrieved, in the manner known to law.
