CRIME NO.969 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15558 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.KANAGARAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15558 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 3(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act r/w Sec 4(1)(K) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act and 188, 269 of IPC, in Crime No.969 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
