This application has been filed to accept the third party affidavit which filed by Mr.C.Kirubapuri, son of Chokkalingam aged about 68 years, residing at No.34/2 Appavu Stree Ellis Road, Chennai 600 002 to identify the signature of the Testator affixed in the Will filed along with the Original Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing this application.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
