Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to register the case as per the order passed under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Cr.M.P.No.981 of 2022 dated 18.07.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Ariyalur and thus render justice.

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the case based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ariyalur in Cr.M.P.No.981 of 2022, dated 18.07.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the order passed by the Court below, an enquiry was conducted and a report was also submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, dated 27.01.2023. The copy of the report has also been placed before this Court. 3.In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ariyalur to deal with the application and the report submitted in line with the judgment of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353 and take a decision, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
