[ in CRP.PD.No.826/2019 ] (iv) To stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.84 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court at Dharmapuri (in CMP.5383/2019 in CRPPD) 823/19) pending disposal of the above CRP.(PD)Nos.823, 825 and 826 of 2019 respectively.

Order: These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SAKKARAPANI, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions the court made the following order:- Post the matter after two weeks.

Interim order already granted by this Court is extended till then.
