When the matter was listed for hearing on 03.01.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 09.01.2024 in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner. When the matter was listed on 09.01.2024 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 11.01.2024.
