When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.26671 of 2024, dated 13.09.2024, an order has been passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.833/2025/A3, dated 13.03.2025, disposing the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.03.2017. The copy of the said order has also been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by said order, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
