Respondents Prayer:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st Respondent, dated 06.02.2016 vide Semu Order No.AaAa2/17571/2015 in confirming the order of the 2nd Respondent dated 20.03.2015 vide Semu Aa.No.10989/2014/Pa2, in confirming the order of the 3rd Respondent dated 30.07.2014 in Semu Aa.No.1728/14Thi that award punishment of postponement of next increment for a period of six months without cumulative effect and quash the same, consequently direct the Respondents to promote the Petitioner as Forester, provide all service and monetary benefits.
