ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given the complaint to the Chief Minister Cell. Hence petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
