This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.03.2021 and not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate reports that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.2 of 2021 and the investigation is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent, the Inspector of Police, Royapuram All Women's Police Station, Chennai 600 013.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
