This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first and the second respondents to implement the interim direction issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP Nos.18227-18228 of 2008 dated 20.10.2008 and clause - 7(1) in GO.Ms.No.181 School Education (C2) Department dated 15.11.2011 and Para 8 in GO.Ms.No.252 School Education (C2) Department dated 05.10.2012 for the posts of secondary Grade Teachers
advertised as No:2/2011 on 09.11.2011 by the second respondent, based on that the certificate verification conducted on 03.12.2011.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submitted that the interim direction issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has been complied with, thereby followed the methodology in the recruitment of Secondary Grade Assistant for the year 2012 by adopting State wide seniority in Employment Exchange.
