ORDER
The petitioner has approached the respondents 1 to 3 with his representation dated 21.12.2020, to delete the names of the respondents 4 to 7 found in the revenue records, who have no right over the property in S.No.398/1 of Velachery Village & Taluk, Chennai and to issue a patta for the said property in his favour.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate enters appearance for respondents 1 to 3, and made a statement on instructions that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m., on 09.06.2021 at the Office of the Tahsildar, Velachery Taluk / second respondent. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except 2/4
that the second respondent/ Tahsildar, Velachery Taluk is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 09.06.2021.
